Trippin' Pics!

Part of the 'wild-life' at Thekkady

Those goddamn trees that kept us awake. There were million more of these around!

A Waterfall somewhere up-hill to Munnar

Smiling Harsh atop Sankarankutty (we were behind)

There's baby Kannan with his mommy.

View from our room at Munnar.

Stopped the car somewhere in between to get this.

The World Acclaimed Wild Goat. Beware!

The Wild Bison - Thekkady

Our House-boat - Manikandan! (Yea, he had a name)

Preeti, nice pics.

Exactly looks like England (if the elephant isn’t there). Ani, huh?

We always searched for an Elephant near the Indian club in Bahrain whenever there was a crowd. Lol.

I really like to buy one baby elephant and let it play at the backyard of my home in India.

pretty pics...best one is of the wild goat! :)

Preeti said...

@Ani: Break YEA! Most certainly...do that and come bak here di!

@Mansi: Try makin it somewhere around this time...I think it is the best - better than the 'season' time when it's crowded as ever!

@Awesome: Elephants? Near THE Indian club? Wha! Why!? Hehe...I alwayz wanted to have a baby chimp...or even a big one...And u can get that ele if u wanna...would cost around 3 Lakh rupees and per day it needs around 35 kgs of food per day!

@Wt: Wild goat :P Yea, i took the snaps so they shud be nice! ;)

The wildgoat resembles Mr Tumnus :)

Preeti said...

Actually yea, but Mr.Tumnus is a whole lot cuter ;)

Well, whenever we saw KL passport people crowd near the Indian club during some festive seasons, we used to criticise maybe an elephant will also arrive now, as I’m TN passport holder, lol. Unfortunately being born in Kanyakumari in the border, that elephant thing is quiet interesting to me. Thanks for indicating the cost of an elephant, and yes I can to buy a baby elephant if it costs just 300 K Rs, and I may think about it to rear it in my backyard if my kids in the future will play with it, seriously.
